Terms & Conditions:

1. Cancellation

   • More than 30 days notice from program start date, deposit will be refunded less a 100€ cancellation fee.
   • Less than 30 days notice from program start date, but more than 14 days notice, deposit will be refunded less a 300€ cancellation fee.
   • Less than 14 days notice from program start date, no refund of deposit or program fees is made. Deposit and program fees paid will be kept as a credit on your file with us for one year.
   • All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing – fax or email is preferable due to the immediacy of delivery.

2. Early Departures

   • Should an early departure be necessary, a monetary credit (not a time credit) will be placed on file for one year. The amount of the monetary credit is calculated by subtracting the price paid less the cost of the number of weeks used.

3. General policies

   • A deposit is required at reservation.
   • Program balances are due two weeks prior to arrival.
   • No program refunds after program session begins.
