The Arc House Experience

The Arc House is a women only spa retreat located in the south of France about one hour from Toulouse. The spa is housed in an ivy-covered former priory dating from the 18th century. Its intimate size allows for one-on-one attention, and our programs are particularly suited to those wanting to manage/lose weight, and/or become physically fit.

The Arc House was founded by its Program Director, Uzoma Fenner, a former Head of Dietetics and Nutrition at the Whittington Hospital in London. Uzoma's goal was to create a weightloss spa retreat that emphasised healthy eating and living in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The Arc House offers two distinct programs:

(1) The Weight Loss Program;
(2) The Melange (our weight management and stress detangler combo)
